It’s La Februaryana.
Love is in the air so I figured it’s the perfect time to ask…
What’s your favorite position?
No… no… not that. Geez. Get your mind outta the gutter.
I’m talking about financial positions.
Here’s what I mean…
I was at a party once where most of the people were complete strangers to me.
I did know two people, and those people were: 1) my future wife and 2) my future mother-in-law.
So… I mosied on over to a comfy-looking chair and plopped down.
This guy asks me what I do for a living. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaand away we go…
He asks me what I think the market will do.
Which is the wrong question.
So is anything with the word “best” in it.
Any stock, bond, mutual fund, piece of land or gold, and even life insurance is completely worthless unless you know how to use it.
And most people don’t.
They just buy these financial products and sit on them. Hoarding moolah and never using it to make more.
Or they treat the product as this magic bag o beans.
And end up leaving a lot of coin on the table. And the bytch of it is… they don’t realize it until after the fact.
I prove this over and over and over during live demos when showing the true cost of paying cash… and how time is like acid… eating away the dollars in your bank account.
And no financial product can stop it.
Not even life insurance (as much as I would like it to).
Speaking of life insurance… me and my minions just forged a few new relationships with insurers (one of which was one behind old Uncle Gluten’s back).
More life insurance options which means… more ways to tailor an insurance and savings plan for your specific circumstances.
And… while it doesn’t totally eliminate the effects of inflation or nullify the corrosive nature of time… it does open up a door to a new way of saving money… a way that is VERY effective at fighting off inflation, investment losses, poor cash flow in a business… an more.
And a lot of it has to do with the amount of liquidity and control you have over your money when using insurance as a savings tool.
… which in my humble (and almost assuredly accurate) opinion is the best financial position to be in.
Anyway, I figure you’ve got two choices… both of which are hunky-dory with me.
You either hitch your britches to the nearest off-road vehicle and hope for the best… or, you take life by the cajones and make your own luck.
If you choose the latter, here’s a linky-poo to help you:
